TapNTable 0.9.12: the installed app with your brand and a more reliable POS
Your brand on the installed app
When you add TapNTable to your phone or tablet home screen, the installed app now uses your restaurant’s name and logo - including icons generated automatically from the logo you uploaded in settings. Until now the installed app showed a generic identity; from this version on, it is your brand that shows up. Note: if you already had the app installed, remove it and install it again to see the new identity.
A more reliable POS cart
We fixed an issue where, after closing an order in the POS, the next order could show an empty cart even after you added items. The cart now behaves consistently, order after order.
A clearer updates page
The system updates page was reorganized: the server diagnostics show the real PHP version and only flag what is actually required, messages appear in your language, and the new-version card shows the update channel and requirements before you install.
Small day-to-day improvements
- The dish of the day is now a simple switch next to the buffet options when editing each branch.
- The initial setup steps complete more naturally - for example, the dietary filters step is done with any change, not only when creating a new filter.
- The maintenance mode banner no longer overlaps the page content.
Hardened security
This version also includes a broad set of security fixes coming from an internal code audit - extra protections around payments, invoices and access control. As always, there is nothing you need to do: the update arrives in the background and the system keeps working normally.
