Pro includes the Customer Experience and Multi-language and Custom QR addons, and is the only plan where you can add extra branches. All other addons are purchased separately, depending on availability per plan.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to install TapNTable?
TapNTable is self-hosted: you need your own hosting with PHP and MySQL - for example raiaweb web hosting or a raiaweb VPS - plus an active license. We do not host your instance: the software runs on your own server, with your own data. If you prefer, the PrePara service handles installation and setup for you, with a 50% discount when the hosting is from raiaweb.
Can I change plans after buying?
Yes. To change plans (for example from Basic to Standard) get in touch with us at raiaweb - the change is made on the license side and takes effect immediately or on your next renewal, depending on the case.
Are addons per branch or per license?
Addons are per license, not per branch: once activated, an addon is available across every branch on that license. Extra branches beyond the first one are charged per branch (15 €/month each, on the cycle ladder) and are exclusive to the Pro plan.
What is the billing cycle discount ladder?
The quarterly and semiannual cycles pay the normal monthly rate. From the annual cycle onwards there is a discount over the monthly price: 8% on annual (equivalent to 1 month), 12% on biennial (equivalent to 3 months) and 16% on triennial (equivalent to 6 months). For example, the Basic plan costs 13 €/month and the annual cycle is 143 € instead of 156 €.
How do I buy?
Right now purchases are handled directly: the Talk to us button takes you to the contact form of raiaweb - the company that builds and sells TapNTable - where we pick the plan, cycle and addons together with you. Once your purchase is confirmed, you receive the license to activate your installation.
